The Olson Combat System Intro to Semi-Automatic Pistols is designed to train participants in the safe and efficient application of semi-automatic handguns. Participants will become intimately familiar with the semi-automatic handgun, and how to effectively discharge the weapon. Participants will be required to demonstrate proficiency/accuracy and in identifying and clearing various weapon malfunctions.

The Tactical Handgun III course is designed enhance participants combat effectiveness in low light environments. The course will focus on identifying and managing threats in a low-light environment. It will teach the user how to use lighting to a tactical advantage.

This class is a requirement in order to apply to carry a weapon in Florida.
Florida State Statue 790.06 states you must take a class as a prerecusite to applying for your permit. it states who is allowed to teach but not what is to be taught. Unfortunately too many people take a class from someone who is certified but not quailed. Please do your homework and verify who you are in trusting you and your loved ones lives to. What have they done in their lifef to better prepare you in a life or death situation. make sure they have the knowledge to keep you out of harms way before during and after a violent encounter. The Instructor who developed the Olson Combat System has been a fulltime Police Officer and Trainer for nearly 30 years.
The Tactical Handgun II course is designed enhance participants combat effectiveness with handguns. Participants will become intimately familiar with their handgun, and how to effectively utilize it at combat distances for self-defense and home protection. This course will focus on the balance between speed and accuracy, and tactical live fire movements. This course is designed to help you to embrace your body’s natural reactions to stress during a combative situation.

The Tactical Handgun I course is designed to prepare the participant for combat marksmanship. It will teach the individual how to develop techniques that work under the stress of a combat environment. We teach techniques that are practical, functional and work with the body’s natural reaction to stress.
